Hi, I’m Holly Ramsey, a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping my clients feel their absolute best—physically and mentally. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/No show 01. CANCELLATIONS If anything comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice so I have time to fill your space. All clients who cancel within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (deposit will used as the fee and no refund will be made.)based on the service scheduled. No Shows or same day cancellations will be charged 80% (deposit will cover 50% of the 80% fee) of the service amount scheduled. I will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no shows. 02. RESCHEDULING To reschedule your appointment, please text me at (659)287-0043. If you are outside of the cancellation period, no fees will be charged. After 3 consecutive cancellations I will decline any future appointments. 03. RUNNING LATE Arriving at your appointment on time is necessary for 100% of your scheduled service to be completed. (If I am running behind I will reach out to let you know and you will still receive your full scheduled time.) However, I do understand that things happen and give a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 15 minutes then we may need to reschedule or change the service to a shorter one at the same price as the original service scheduled.
